Who Qualifies Under the Firefighters and EMS Category

What Firefighters and EMS Save
Hero rewards scale with the transaction price. Average savings on a single transaction run approximately $3,000. On a combined buy and sell, average savings reach $6,000*. Jai provides a specific savings estimate during a complimentary hero consultation based on your target purchase price or current home value.
*Hero Rewards not available in all states. Hero Rewards offers are limited and/or restricted in Alaska, Kansas, and Mississippi. All potential savings amounts are estimates. Hero Rewards amount may vary based on the services used, sale price of the home (less appropriate credits), and in special circumstances, including, but not limited to, new construction, commission percentage, and for Sale By Owner sales. You must be enrolled with Homes for Heroes and be represented at closing by a Homes for Heroes Real Estate Specialist to be eligible for home price savings. You must work with a Homes for Heroes Mortgage Specialist and business affiliates to be eligible to receive additional service-related savings. Contact Homes for Heroes for further details.
The real estate hero reward is sent as a check after closing. There is no separate enrollment fee and no obligation to purchase.
Buying and Selling Across Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama
Jai holds active licensure in Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama and provides the same Homes for Heroes benefit regardless of which state the transaction is in. Firefighters and EMS personnel stationed in the Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama region frequently consider properties across state lines. Jai represents buyers and sellers on all three sides of that boundary.
Down Payment Assistance for Firefighters and EMS
In addition to Homes for Heroes hero rewards, firefighters and EMS personnel in Tennessee may qualify for THDA Great Choice programs. Georgia heroes may qualify for the Georgia Dream Pen Pal program, which provides enhanced assistance specifically for public protectors. Alabama heroes may qualify for AHFA Step Up. Jai reviews all applicable programs during a hero consultation to identify the maximum combined benefit.
