Tennessee
Tennessee is Jai’s primary market. She works throughout Hamilton County and the greater Tennessee area including Chattanooga, East Brainerd, Ooltewah, Hixson, Soddy-Daisy, Signal Mountain, and Lookout Mountain. She also serves Middle Tennessee through Realtracs including Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, Murfreesboro, and surrounding communities. Tennessee is a mandatory disclosure state with no state income tax.
Georgia
Jai serves North Georgia buyers and sellers in communities including Ringgold, Fort Oglethorpe, Rossville, Dalton, Calhoun, Canton, Woodstock, and the broader Catoosa, Walker, Whitfield, and Cherokee County areas. She holds secondary MLS membership with both Georgia MLS and FMLS. Georgia is a caveat emptor state which creates a fundamentally different legal environment than Tennessee.
Alabama
Jai also serves North Alabama including Jackson, DeKalb, Marshall, and Madison Counties including Scottsboro, Fort Payne, Rainsville, Huntsville, and Madison. She holds secondary MLS membership with ValleyMLS. Alabama has its own real estate contract forms, agency disclosure requirements, and closing practices.
