Homes for Heroes savings give eligible heroes a meaningful financial reward when buying or selling a home. Jai Williams is a Homes for Heroes affiliate real estate specialist serving heroes across Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama, and she is committed to helping every hero maximize their Hero Rewards®.
What Are the Heroes Savings?
When heroes work with Jai Williams as their real estate specialists they receive Hero Rewards® savings on their home purchase or sale. Here is what those savings look like in real numbers:
- Heroes save an average of $3,000 on a single transaction
- Heroes who both sell and buy save an average of $6,000 combined*
- Actual savings scale with the purchase price of the home
- Higher priced transactions result in greater Hero Rewards
Furthermore the program has returned more than $153 million in savings to more than 75,000 heroes nationwide since its founding.
