I am a REALTOR® | Strategic Real Estate Advisor with AXEN Realty, serving clients across Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama.

My approach to real estate is built on strategy, not just transactions. Every client situation is different, and the decisions made early in the process often determine the outcome. I focus on aligning financing, timing, and market conditions before moving forward, so each step is intentional and informed.

With a background in brokerage leadership, including roles as a Managing Broker and Principal Broker, I bring a higher level of contract knowledge, risk awareness, and transaction oversight to every client experience. This allows clients to move with clarity, understanding both the process and the implications of each decision.

I am also recognized as a Home Finance Resource (HFR), with a background in mortgage and lending. This adds an additional layer of support by helping clients understand financing options, down payment strategies, and how to position themselves effectively before entering the market.

In addition to client representation, I lead The Regional Relocation Advisory, which supports employers and organizations relocating or expanding into regional and secondary markets across Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama. This work focuses on aligning relocation strategy with market realities before execution begins.

Whether working with buyers, sellers, or investors, my role is to provide structure, clarity, and strategy throughout the entire real estate process.
