We discuss the required Buyer Representation Agreement (as of Aug 17, 2024 NAR ruling), define goals, timing, and financial positioning.

Todays real estate market and sellers are more savvy and require buyers to show they are working with a lender and can close if their contract is accepted. Lets lean in and meet with your lender to discuss all your mortgage options BEFORE we start finding homes. This way we are in alignment with your true mortgage financing needs.

Based on your buyer intake sheet and your preapproval from your lender, we will identify homes that align with your strategy. I will schedule showings based on your schedule or preview the homes for you to determine if it is a value to your time.
